CODE OF CONDUCT & COMPANY PROTOCOLS

  •   POLICIES AND PROTOCOLS ARE MANDATORY FOR ALL EMPLOYEES


[]Jim Davis design  and management is run on a judeo -Christian belief  system and will always maintain these values and never deviate from them  under any circumstance

[] All employees will cease drinking 8 hours minimum prior to their shift.
[] All employees will maintain a BMI level of 30% or less preferably 27% or less termination will be given anyone maintaining a 30% BMI over 6 months after notification. This is required since ANY employee MAY need to assist in a rescue or extraction  at any time.y
[]JDDM company does not hire nor support transgender or woke policies 
[] Corporate policy: the company tithes 10% gross minimum to churches or synagogues and recommends the same for employees however, this is not mandatory.
[] All employees when on the clock will  shower daily In the morning before reporting to work. Employees shall wear jeans or company provided khakis with no holes, clean in appearance, company shirts. shirts  must be tucked in at all times no exceptions. Hair for male employees must be above the ear off the collar and two inches above the eyebrows at all time. Female employees will wear their hair pulled  back and restrained for safety reasons. All appropriate PPE Will be worn at all times no exceptions. 
[] No company vehicles will  EVER be allowed to be parked in front of an adult entertainment venue
[] Any married personnel being found having an adulterous relationship will  be terminated immediately for moral turpitude and you spouse will be notified of reason of termination
[] All employees will abide by the Constitution of the United States and the Declaration of Independence and all employees will stand for the national anthem remove any head cover and salute the flag or direction the closest flag is being flown by  placing their right hand over  their heart when necessary on any military base, gvt property, or company property any deviation of this will be grounds for termination immediately And termination will be carried out immediately NO EXCEPTIONS.

[]  All male employees shall act as gentlemen at all times in both language and manor. Female employees shall act and dress like ladies at all times, brassieres are mandatory while at work and no more than 2 inches of  cleavage visible at anytime while at work. Sport bras are recommend for all females in the field and cost will be reimbursed by the company.

[] All male employees shall rise when a lady enters a room and hold her chair if necessary always holding the door open for a lady to go through first
[] Any male employee who is married or engaged will never have dinner or lunch with a female alone under any circumstances on company time 

[]Male employees will have zero facial hair no earrings no necklaces no bracelets only jewelry allowed or wristwatches, only wedding bands allowed preferably wedding bands should be silicone and will be provided by the company
[] Male employees shall address females as Ms.  using their last name or ma'am 
[] All male employees when checking out of any hotel room will totally strip the sheets pillow cases any linens and stacked them neatly so that the housekeeping service does not become your slave and it teaches discipline
[] All male employees will make their beds daily if leaving hotel room that the company has provided.
[] Any employee wishing to disagree with the JDDM CODE OF CONDUCT  OR OUR PROTOCOLS please set up a contact time to meet with  the owner through your chain of command he will listen to your complaints and then accept your resignation and issue your final check

[] Drug  testing and polygraphs are mandatory at ANY given time  with ZERO tolerance for all substances  including  but not limited to,  MARIJUANA, THC, or any drug found to be illegal on federal property.
